The exhilaration of an outing with friends, introducing little children to the beach, connecting with extended families on vacation…all of these experiences in my life have influenced my art. Through the canvas, I aim to trigger fond memories in the viewer, of enjoying life and fellowship with the people they love. Drawn to the creations of Mary Cassatt, I enhance my brushwork to simulate the works of French and American impressionists. I’m really enjoying the process of learning new interesting techniques!
